  • Rosalyn is a qualified Solicitor (UK & Ireland) with a wealth of experience in international magic-circle law firms dealing with complex, cutting edge cases and has a solid background in legal practice. 

    Rosalyn holds: 

    • Post-Graduate Diploma in Law from the University of Law, Bloomsbury, London.
    • Diploma in International Arbitration from the University of Leiden.
    • Certificate in the Law of Mergers and Acquisitions, The London School of Economics.

    Rosalyn provides inspiring and engaging training sessions to law graduates and professionals, teaching with a fresh approach, giving insightful comments on the mastery of the Law.  Rosalyn has spent the last two years as a Legal Trainer with the Omani Legal Force, delivering courses to law graduates from the Sultan Qaboos University Muscat in areas such as international tax and procurement law.

SARITA

QUALIFIED SOLICITOR

Sarita is a talented legal trainer & linguist who graduated from the University of Law, London in 2008. Sarita is an expert in Arbitration law and has several years legal training experience delivering courses online and in-person in the Middle East. A versatile CELT certified trainer who speaks several languages, Sarita has travelled the world and worked in law firms and in-house in London, Mumbai, Dubai and Qatar

IHSANE

PRINCIPAL SOLICITOR

Ihsane is the Founder and Principal Solicitor of Sterling Stamp. She is a qualified lawyer in England & Wales. In 2018, Ihsane was shortlisted for the Law Society’s prestigious Excellence Award, the highest accolade for lawyers in England and Wales in the Woman Lawyer of the Year category.

Prior to establishing Sterling Stamp, Ihsane practiced law in different jurisdictions across North Africa, France, Belgium and the Middle East. In her last assignment as Legal Director at the Qatar Financial Centre Authority (QFCA), she led the QFCA’s Legal Department. 

During her tenure at the QFCA, Ihsane headed the legislative drafting department and produced the entire suite of QFC legislation. She represented the QFC in a number of high profile domestic and international litigation and arbitration cases.

She also assisted the state of Qatar in various legislative matters including the creation of a PPP legislative framework and a mega islamic bank.
